COVID-19 Precautions

Due to COVID-19 for in person visits I will provide surgical masks.  I can provide proof my my vaccination upon request.



I bill the following insurance providers: Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, and Medicare. If you have an insurance provider I do not bill this does not mean you cannot use your insurance. I can provide you an insurance reimbursement statement, also called a Superbill, that has all the information you need to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.​

Questions to ask your insurance company to determine if they will cover the cost of counseling: (I'm in network for Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise and Medicare.  I am out of network for all other insurance plans)

  • Does the plan include in-network or out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • Is telehealth/online counseling/walking therapy an approved mental health modality?

  • What is the deductible for in-network or out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What is my max out of pocket costs?

  • Is there a limit to how many counseling sessions I can have in a year?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care doctor? 

  • Is there extra paperwork required to submit my reimbursement request?


I accept cash, debit, credit card and health savings accounts (remember this is cheaper as it is  pre-tax dollars).
