Insurance
I accept Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, and Medicare insurance plans.
If you have a different insurance plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. While I do not bill those insurance companies directly, I can provide you with a detailed receipt, called a Superbill, that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Because insurance plans vary widely, it is important to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your coverage.
Helpful Questions to Ask Your Insurance Company
When you call, you may want to ask:

Do I have in-network and/or out-of-network mental health benefits?

I accept cash, debit, credit card and health savings accounts (remember this is cheaper as it is pre-tax dollars).
